Filament Theatre Co. is a multi-ethnic Los Angeles based performance ensemble creating fresh contact with classic texts, new works, and emerging ideas. FTC is an organism thriving and fuelled by equal parts commitment and creativity. FTC is constantly building its community through performance and feedback. In this ever-changing world of technology and information sharing, it is our goal to allow our present and past work to be available to ourselves and the world as a resource for reference and reflection by maintaining an online presence. Always hungry for more ideas and imagination, FTC is currently launching workshop initiatives to broaden theatre awareness at large by engaging current and future theatre artists in true ensemble built pieces of performance that have the element of self- sufficiency woven into every aspect.
